After evading a few other Eagles, this guy landed in the pretty tree above me to eat his catch of the day. On 10/27/12 the Eagles at Conowingo Dam (Maryland, USA) were so active I�m certain they were catching more fish than the fishermen in the nearby boat.
The Bald Eagle is a well known symbol for the United States. The mature Eagle has a striking white head, a great wingspan, and is a majestic sight to behold.
